Exactly what you think they are. They are simply a tape of our meeting- with menus, on a DVD. Why would I want one? Because you missed the meeting and there is probably something on the tape you can't live without and that something is probably something you can get no where else. How is the quality of these DVDs? Pretty darn good considering we didn't turn the theater into a TV studio. You see and hear what we see and hear including the occasional cell phone going off. The lighting and audio are about what you would expect if you taped inside a theater with a professional crew using available source light and on board camera mics. Which is what we do. How much are they? $19.95 plus shipping and handling for USA orders. $20.00 at the meetings, (no shipping and no tax) How come the entire meeting is not on the DVD? Often the presenter is showing material we cant get rights too so we don't put the presentation on. This is particularly the case with show and tells. Is the information on the DVDs guaranteed to be 100% accurate? We wish, but this is software and hardware we are talking about. and people have opinions on how to do things and we have no control over their opinions or their "facts." When can I expect each months DVDs to ship? WE believe no more than 21 days after the meeting is about the fastest we can ship these things. What if I hate this DVD? We are pretty sure you will find something on each DVD that you will find useful. However it might be wise to read the past meeting summary before you buy just to make sure there is something on the DVD you want to see. Will this DVD play in my computer and desktop DVD player? Yes, it should play in most all models of DVD players. What if my DVD is defective or doesn't ship on time?
