Difference between upgrades at B&H

Can anyone tell me what the difference between these two upgrades is (besides the price difference of $200)?

I have FCP HD 4.5, but I want to upgrade to FC Studio.

The first one is if you own any version of Final Cut Pro, and any version of DVD Studio Pro and Motion 1. The second one is if you own any version of FCP only.

I'd get the upgrade in the lafcpug store if I were you. We got the upgrade to Final Cut Studio for $618.99 and the Production Suite upgrade for $429.00. There is no place cheaper.

I would remind you that when installing FC Studio it needs a serial number from FCPHD (4.0-4.5) , Motion 1.0 and DVD Studio Pro 3, not just any version.

Thats only if upgrading from Production Suite. If upgrading to Studio from FCP all you need is a serial number from a previous version of FCP.
