10bit 720x486 to DV NTSC 720x480

I am noticing some interlacing and shifted pixels when I compress a 10bit Blackmagic movie at a frame sixe of 720x486 to a DV NTSC file at 720x480. Anyone have any ideas on how to stop this form occuring?

Make sure you check the "motion" tab and make sure it's not shrinking the video - you should just be loosing the 6 pixels, not squashing them in to fit.
