jpg images soft in FCP

After importing jpg (copies of 35mm slides) int FCP, I notice while playing back in timeline image sharpens up only during the dissolve or any effect I suppose anybody know why this is and what if any I can do about it.

You can watch the show on an external television monitor, or export a sample on DVD and watch it on a DVD player and TV.

FCP plays a number of games to get the canvas to work right and sometimes it doesn't really tell you what's there.

FCP cannot animate images. Period.
It wil look like horse **** and there is no way to get it perfect.
Try After Effects.

They fixed that problem in v5. At least it looked like they did

If they fixed it in V5 thats geat, although a bit late.
Its like buying a car that cant reverse.
