Output format ?

My DV Cam is in repair. I need to output my project so I could bring it into my authoring system (on another computer). How do I output it out and transfer to the other computer (G4) from my Editing system (G5) ?
Any ideas ?

Are you just trying to get a copy of the picture out (in which case, self-contained QuickTime movie), or are you trying to edit on the other computer with all your media accessible?

I am trying to get the edited project from FCP 4.5 to My authoring system (Sonic Creator). Usualy I write to tape (DV) and encode on my authoring system, but my DV cam is down.....

If the 2 systems are networked just export self contained QT either directly over network or copy it to the other system and then use Sonic to encode it.
