exporting list for AE work

I need to blow up a bunch of shots that have slight vignetting, so I marked a batch of clips, one at a time, and then exported them as QT files to a drive for import to AE. I checked the first one, there it was, okay- and then did the rest of a long list. When I went to AE, I found to my deep horror, that all ( large #) clips were dupes of the first clip. What awful thing did I do, or not do, to bring on this badness?

How did You export? Did you use Batch Export?
