Compressor Issues with FCP 5

So I upgraded to Tiger a while back as well as to FCP 5, and ever since then Compressor has been acting funny. System is a dual 1.25 G4, with a HUge Media Vault Decklink Card etc...

When I export using compressor the video has digital junk in it, large blocks of intereference every so often. using quicktime conversion works but I like using the Compressor interface.

it's bugging me that even after making sure I have all the latest updates this problem is still occuring. Has anyone else had this problem? I searched the archive here but didn't see anything relevant to Tiger.

Try reinstalling Compressor and see if that helps. Usually does
