FPP 4 Upgrade to FCP Suite G4

I want to up grade from FCP 4 to the FCP Suite, on my G4. How does the new upgrade to the suite work. Can I use the new FCP Suite upgrade for the Intel chip in my G4, and how much will it cost. The upgrade price to the suie went don dramatically can G4 people take advantage of it. Thanks
