Alpha on HDV in After Effects

I´m working on a project where we shot some Greenscreen on HDV direct to disk, did the Chromakeying i FCP 5.0 in a HDV-timeline, modifyed the Alpha type to Black an exported it to QT with the Animation codec in full framerate and size.

Then we import the QT-file to After Effects, but the key is gone!
I have done this some times with DV-material without any problem.
What am I doing wrong?

You could not have done this with DV materials because DV does not support embedded Alpha Channels. Why would you pull a key in FCP and THEN import it into After Effects? Import your ftg into AE and pull the key there...then you can render it with the Animation codec / Millions of Colors + / Straight (Unmatted)

When life gives you dilemmas...make dilemmanade.
