Analog audio transfer to FCP

How do I transfer audio from Nagra reel into dv camcorder for capture in FCP?

I tried a lot of times but failed. I can't get the dv camcorder record audio from the nagra.

I used RCA cables from nagra into Sony dv cam deck and tried the audio dub feature. I'm using a mini dv tape striped with color bars at 48khz audio mode.

Please advise on the steps to take and the settings I need to adjust on the dvcamcorder and FCP audio capture settings.
