i am getting a blank file on the other side and i cant see how i have done anything different. i have been successful at least 25 times b4 just setting it to mpeg-2 and aiff 48/16. been trying to figure this out for 4 days. its like it suddenly stop working.

also know that i did get the aiff file just not the video. so for the last 3 days i have just concentrated on getting it to mpeg-2 form, so i can burn it.

What type of file are you putting into the system, and what APP are you using? Are you wanting to burn a DVD master finally?
