mixed (up) HD 24p and 30p

We just started digitizing my short and I have major
problems...hope to share them with you and get some
answers.

Problem One: The moron DP shot interiors at 30p and
exteriors at 24p. Don't ask. Of course I
specifically asked for all 24p. He is incompetent and
apparently trying to make me crazy. So that's what I
have to deal with. DVCproHD, 720p. I read and reread
the workflow article on Ken Stone but this is not
covered.

Problem Two: Digitized clips dropped onto the
timeline all need to be rendered, even at low
quality, safe mode. Any idea why?

Problem Three: Producer rented the 1200a for the
weekend so we need to be done (12 tapes) by Monday.

Not too sure on problem #1
#2 Check your sequence settings. You made need to create a new sequence and make sure the settings are the same as your clips settings.
#3 If you dont finish by monday, have the producer reach into his pockets!
