Encoding to MPEG 4

Our cable division has requested that we start converting our commercilas we produce on Final Cut 4.5 to MPEG 4 files so they can more easily put them on their ad-insertion server.

However, I can't seem to find the MPEG 4 option, either using Quicktime conversion or Compressor.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
