Generating a broadcast clock

I would like to generate a company broadcast clock and was wondering if there was a way in FCP to make one without having use After Effects or CGI. Any ideas would be apprieciated

What is a company broadcast clock? If it is anything like a TIMER that counts up or down, you are not going to be able to build that in FCP....well, unless you use the title tool and do each number individually. AE too...each number individually.

If you need a timer, I believe Andreas Kiel posted a method for this about two or three weeks ago. I can't remember the name of the thread, though -- try searching for his name, perhaps.
