Problems Outputting to Television

Right now, I currently use a Panasonic DVX100A to output to TV. It was working fine, I was able to see my edits on my Television as I edit my sequence. All of a sudden, my sequence stopped outputting to my TV. I'm only able to see some sort of output to my TV when I batch capture. What exactly is the problem and what can I do to resolve this?

Under the VIEW menu select EXTERNAL>ALL FRAMES. This turns itself off from time to time. Pretty darn annoying to tell you the truth.
