FCExpress HD vs. FCP 5 Upgrade

Can someone tell me what I'll be missing in FC Express vs. FCPro?

I'm upgrading from FCP 1.2 and Express is certainly cheaper, and I don't do hardcore video production. However, I heard you can't batch capture in Express, which I would miss a lot. Any other features lacking in Express that could push me to Pro?

i think you lose the REAL TIME part of the color correction. i would die without this!

Does FC Express retain the ability to record voice over narration?
