Plug in to correct Chroma timming

I am on a remote and have a shot that was poorly recorded on analog beta. The chroma and luma signals are mis-timed so that that they no longer physically align. I thought I had a plug in to fix this, but now can't find it, or remember where it came from.

Am I just making this up, or is there a plug in to fix chroma timing.

Well if you use that measure Joe, it probably won't even air!

And the answer is...

I get to answer this on myself. Joe's Filters has the handles to change the position of the Y and C to re-align them. It is a function of the Broadcast Legalizer filter.
