Scratched Record Effect

I'm trying to take a soundtrack in FCP and make it sound like the needle has been scratched across the vinyl on a turntable. Not "rap" style, but more like the stylus has skidded accidentally across the turntable.

Any recommendations?

2) get old record - I recommend anything by Barry Manilow
3) play record, skid needle, record to mac
