HDW-F500 and FCP "no communications"

Hi everyone,

Is there an issue with FCP 5.0.4 communicating with the Sony HDW F500 studio VTR?

I've tried two separate rack bays, two different decks, and still my system is not talking to the vtr.

My system runs my DVCAM and DIGIBeta decks with no problem. It runs the JH3 HDCAM Player with no problem.

Is there a setting I may be overlooking? (Remote is set to on, and para run is enabled.)
