Slowing down Audio from 24fps to 23.98fps (Origin: Film... Dest: NTSC DVD)

Hi All,
I have film originated Audio at 24fps, and I'd like to slow it down to 23.98fps so that I can author NTSC DVD's.
Could you tell me how to accomplish this? Preferably in FCP ... and if not, in any other program...
