Resolution issuses with graphic elements

I am using a Dual 2 GHz Power PC G5 with 2.5 GB Ram Running Final Cut Studio 5.0. My problem is just recently when I use a jpg or tiff image or an alpha keyed photoshop graphic when I take it out of 100% I lose the anti-aliasing on the image. I make sure it is rendered but still have the problem. I can take the same elements into after effects or motion and render out a movie contained not keyed and it looks great. I'm not sure what has changed but final cut use to do this and do it very well. Has anybody had a problem like this?

I'm not sure I understand.

What do you mean by
" take it out of 100%"
and
"movie contained not keyed"

OK are u laying this graphics on any captured footage, if u are and you are capturing in DV format then i would assume that is ur problem. DV format dont go well with overlaid graphics at times. try capturing in MJPEG format and then adding ur graphic elements on it.

If this isnt the case i would normally suggest you work with targa files.

Hope this helps
