when exporting clip to tape, image where has video effects is shriekining output

actually this is not only a FCP out problem but all non-linear editing system and programs...but so far I couldn't find a solution to have exact same results when outputting a clip as it is in the timeline...as it is seem in canvas window...

the problem is, when I export my video out to tape, the portions in the clip which has a video effect (both in FCP menu effect, and motion effect) or still image, is shivering while it has no problem in workflow...but output always have problem...to solve this, I tried to make the project mixdown to avi, then output to tape...this have good results especially when I import motion effects clip to FCP...but it just sometimes work sometimes not...how can I solve this outputting problem? I am waiting for your advances...thanks...
