Tempo X -eSATA 8

This is my configuration:
G5 2.7 double, 3 gb ram, os 10.4.6, Tempo X -eSATA 8 that control 8 serial ata disk in raid 0! My problem is that when final cut create an auto-save project file the new autosavefile that is created is more light than the originan and when I open it, It don't find the connection with all mediafiles that are on serialataraid0 but not other disk (for example an exsternal Firewire disk) and i have to reconnect all.
Can someone help me?

that must be an OLD autosave copy.

maybe you created a new location for autosave by mistake in the scratch disk settings.
maybe you are looking in the old one, not the new one?

sometimes it helps to do a Spotlight search for "autosave"
you may find the newer one.

but the "Revert" function under the File menu should open the last autosave version, wherever it is.

otherwise auto save may have stopped working..
sometimes it does stop.
