Quicktime Export in 5.1.1 PROBLEMS

I am experiencing rendering artifacts while exporting using Render with Quicktime Conversion. I've not experience the problem before upgrading to 5.1.1

Has anyone seen anything like this?

Imagine a white object. Randomly thoughout the movie, some frames show the object flashes Red, Cyan, Purple, Yellow, Green, and Blue. At first I thought it was simply a record of the RGB missing but the colors and the RGB layers show that it's actually that the record is rendered darker.

If cyan, the Red channel is dark, but present.

If Magenta, the Green channel is dark, but present.

If Yellow, the Blue channel is dark, but present.

If Green, the Red and Blue channels are dark, but present.

If Red, the Green and Blue channels are equally dark, but present.

...and of course,

If Blue, the Red and Green channels are dark but present.

Sounds ike a quicktime corruption. Try trashing your qt preferences, or reinstalling it.
