That's what I wanted...the codec.
You should not have to transcode it. Have the person who gave it to you export it as a QT Animation codec (lossless). You are experiencing a codec corruption / conflict with the Aja IO codec / driver.

You are definitely having a codec issue. What "QT" codec did you "transcode" it to? Try doing it to the Animation Codec (Best Settings).
