h2.64 but what audio to ftp

Hi All,
I want to post a video on the web for playback thru download to their computer using quicktime,
the video is a rock band and its live and although the sound isnt absolut critical I would like it to sound good as possible, and i keep trying to get a good sound v's file size but I'm not doing so well. I know there is a compromise but I'm hoping someone may know the boundaries of what Im trying to do and have a standard setting.

Can anyone give me a good idea how to achieve this - what settings should I use for audio? I will probably try H2.64 for the video.

Thanks
Jazzy

AAC is very nice for audio. Try stereo, 44.1 and if that's too big, you can come down in the specs until you get a happy medium between size and quality.
