using chapter markers (FCP to IDVD)

Hi Y'all, I just want to create chapters on a frinds showreel (DV Cam on FCP 3.02) for it to go to IDVD 5 so that he can navigate through the various sections of the reel. I have tried HELP and it seems vague and long winded. What is the simple way to do this? Thanks again...Phil UK

Put markers on the timeline from where the movie file is to be exported. Go into the Edit Marker option on each marker (press M again on each marker) and click on Add Chapter Marker. Do not modify the code that appears (<CHAPTER>. When exporting the movie file, make sure you're using Export - QuickTime Movie, not Export- Using QuickTime Conversion. Have "Include - Chapter Markers" selected in the dialog box.
