Stuttering VIdeo Problem

I recently bought the G5 Quad with 4.5 GB RAM and a Decklink HD Extreme.
I just finished an HDV Project that I had capture with the Apple Intermediate Codec with no problem. Yesterday I did a 4 min. DVCPRO HD with no problem either.
In the afternoon I had a trainee start a DV project and now the video stutters. I went back to DVCPROHD project that had finished and it also stutters now. I have tried changing the settings but nothing so far. I opened the project in the old G4 Dual 1 Ghz and it works fine.

Has anyone had this problem and knows the fix?

I hate when I do this. I just deleted the preferences and it is ok again.

I wonder if your original problem wan't due to having the Viewer and/or Canvas screens not "fit to window". Trashing prefs would have reset this. If it happens again, check window settings first.
