Weird Question, maybe....

I Exported a timeline from Media 100 and want to bring it into Final Cut to add a count down timer plug-in I downloaded, then export that for DVD.


I have changed the sequence settings to Media 100-720 compressor. But I still have to render. However, I do have a Media 100 transcoder installed on my computer. Could this be negating the transcoder? I don't mind rendering so much, I just want to get it out of final cut with the least amount of compression (currently the sequence is set to NTSC DV).

What should my sequence settings be so that I can export the timeline with the least amount of compression?
