Slo-mo'd media file

I've somehow hit a button and caused an entie media file to be slo-mo, not on the timeline, but when i click it from the browser, it plays slo-mo in the viewer... what did i do..better yet, how do i fix it....?

You may have applied a speed change to your master clip. This is done, as with any other effect, by double-clicking on a clip in the Browser and then applying the effect, when what you'd meant to do was to double-click on a clip in the timeline to apply the effect. Simply double-click the clip in the Browser so it opens in the Viewer, press APPLE-J and change the speed back to 100. The master clip will revert back to normal speed.
