Edit to Tape - can't disable audio or TC

Our online bay has suddenly encountered a problem. (We have had it working properly) When we open the Edit to Tape window, it will not let us change the destination. It is stuck with video, time code, and all 4 audio channels on.

We've checked all the deck settings (Sony DigiBeta) and the FCP settings (specifically paid close attention to the deck control preferences) but have not found the culprit.

A couple weeks back we had a similar problem, and it ended up being because the deck control was set to 8 outputs, and not 4. But that's not the issue now.
