VIEW>EXTERNAL PLAYBACK>Digital Cinema Preview - Full Screen.

Then VIEW>External>All Frames.

Adding to Shane's post: Toggle switch for External Video is APPLE-F12. Once you've set up your playback to what Shane describes, this is the shortcut to go back and forth.

Another not as convenient way: Drag out the Viewer to fill out the screen. Then go to Window - Arrange - Save Window Layout. Then you can use CONTROL-U to restore back to the default arrangement, CONTROL-SHIFT-6 to go to your new customized arrangement. You can use this if you also want external video playback to a deck/TV/monitor available at the same time.

APPLE-F12. Not just F12.

Shane's right, of course...what happens when you type too fast...I'd corrected my post since.
