Import sequence from other project

what's the right way to export a sequence from a different project and then import it to my current project?

Export QT movie then import.....files??

If both projects are from the same version of FCP...

Open both projects at the same time, tear project tab off the browser for one of the projects so you can see both project windows at the same time. Drag holding OPT to copy the sequence from one project into another. Done.

The sequence doesn't contain media, it simply points to media. It can do that from any project or multiple projects.
