Help!!!! - Trying to convert 29.97 clips and timeline to 23.98

Hello,

I am recieving an EDL that is in 29.97, I am working with tapes that are 29.97. I need to convert the clips and timeline to 23.98.

I have loaded the EDL into FCP, i digitized my clips at 29.97 - i then need to convert the clips and timeline to 23.98.
