Plug in for Pan and Scan?

Does anyone know of a plugin that will make pan and scan easier? I have to pan and scan a 16x9 HD project down to 4x3 and am having a bad time com ing up with a good workflow.

Any ideas/suggestions welcome.

I really like Pan Zoom Pro from Lyric. Cheap and easy.
