Unrelated Frames in Background of Dissolve - please help!

Hi,
I'm getting 13 frames of unrelated footage from a different clip in the background of the dissolve I'm putting between two other clips. When I go back to check both clips, it's not there - it only comes with the transition cross dissolve. I've tried putting a dissolve elsewhere to see what happens, & get the same result. The extra frames are always from somewhere within the same bin, but from a different clip. All dissolves before today were fine. Does anyone know why this is happening & how to get rid of it?

Dump preferences and dump all render files in your timeline. If that doesn't fix it, you may also have project-file or media corruptions. Copy everything to a new project file with identical settings and check there.
