slow shutter speed-removing double frames?

is there a quick way of removing every other frame from a captured clip?
clip was shot in low light using slow shutter speed so im getting double frames,
please tell me i dont have to use the blade and cut out every other frame in the timeline,
nnnnnoooooooooooooooooooooo!

Try speeding it up 200% and turning off any frame blending. That should do it.
