DV NTSC 24p 16x9 workflow

I have FCP 5.1.2

Just want to check this wokflow so that I don't have any weird problems.

I'm capturing using the DV NTSC Anamorphic setting. Do I need to remove pulldown or anything like that? If so, how do I go about doing this? If I don't, will my audio go out of sync?
