HVX 720pn 2 DVD workflow

Hi I have shot a short on an HVX200 in 720pn mode.
I am editing in FCPStudio on a G4 laptop.

The short is only 10 minutes long.
I would like to ask someone what would you suggest is the best work flow to put this 720 HD footage onto a DVD with DVDSP4.
I understand I will be converting it into SD footage.
But my problems are I have so many options in File Export Quicktime file like do I use 23.97, 24, do I need to worry about anamorphic or when and where do I worry about that.
I do want my final movie to be played on the DVD in the proper aspect ratio of 16X9 and 24Frame the way i shot it.
I look forward to any responses
and i
Thank you very much.

Use Compressor. Best Quality 90 min encode. To retain the 16x9 anamorphic frame, choose the 4:3 high quality setting. If you want it letterboxed, choose the 16:9 setting.

Import the result into DVD SP and burn your disk.

best way ive used is to:
1. edit in a dvcprohd timeline
2. complete the edit
3. create a new SD 10bit uncompressed timeline
4. drop the dvcproHD sequence onto that
5. export a reference movie of the SD timeline5. import that into DVDSPRO.

for me, this process made the absoluely BEST SD dvd ive ever seen

Wayne, that's an interesting step to go to 10-bit before you convert to MPEG. What are the differences you've noticed between that output vs. taking the DVCPro HD straight to DVD without downconverting first?
