Sony HD editing in downcoverted DV

Hi:

I want to load my drive from a Sony JH-3 HD playback deck. Original
material was shot in 24P. Want to make sure if I downconvert to
DV NSTC that the timecodes will be correct when an EDL is outputed.
What settings do I need to set other than the capture/input settings?
