Been to "FAQ Ranch" - No luck

Importing pictures from a CD-RW usually no problem.....off to a not so good start on project,........Disk will not read to desk-top and I cannot open the disk door(eject) to remove.

I'm pretty sure there is a key stroke for this but I can't find anything in a search.

Found a similiar problem in Ranch that eventually mentioned try holding down mouse on re-start....that rang a bell.

i've got an eject button on my keyboard.
i think Control F12 does it if you don't have the button

i tent to try the eject button in iTunes if the keyboard doesn't work

if that doesnt work,
then a restart while hitting the eject button.
