cinema display mode problem

When I attempt to playback an HDV timeline I captured (FCP 5.01), THe cinema disply shows a still of the frame I am on but does not play the video fluid. if I skip to a new fram or pause, that still takes the place of the last on the cinema display but still a still. I know it a simple setting change but have gone through all I can think of.

Please advise.

Check to make sure your Canvas and Viewer's display sizes are set to Fit to Window or smaller.

The fit to window is locked at 19%. This does'nt seem to resolve the problem. The Cinema Display is showing black until I freeze the frame, where the image returns.

Here are my settings.

View @ Cinema Display
Frames (ALL) but it changes back to OFF every time I move the play head.
I have looked in Sequence settins, audio/vido settings and preferences to see if there is a setting I am missing. If anyone has a solution.

Please advise.
