Resizing problem

I just imported some quicktimes of different sizes
into a project.

I made them all fit into the PAL pixel size.
When I rendered the timeline almost all the clips changed size.

Now instead of fitting, I only see the top left corner of the clip.
Its like they all suddenly resized to 400%.
Cant size back - does not work.

Anyone had a similar problem?

sure you haven't zoomed into the canvas by mistake?

Nope.

Some clips look OK in the same timeline as well.
Funny thing the exported file does not have these problems.

I am confused.
