My Dock Dont -->

Hi All

My usually smooth Mac decided to go alittle Wonki on me --
The Dock dose not want to come out from hiding --
Its there but I can only use it if Hide is off --

I looked in Apple Kbase and could not find answer -
I searched FAQ here and still no love --

The Dock would not come out 2 days ago -
I reset Dock settings then it worked One day Fine--

Today dock wont come out of Hide mode --

No recent OS updates -or changes -(OSX 10.4.9)

Fixes Tried-
Repair permissions-
MacJanitor --

What ever is wrong seams to be only effecting Dock but
new windows are also Opening Behind other windows -
Apps are working Good --

Any one seen this before? Thanks --Jay--
