kona LHe??? worth it in day to day workflow?

ok, im considering getting a kona LHe. it talks about all kinds of "hardware acceleration"
does it have a significant effect on the day to day performance simply working in FCP/after effects/motion with dvcproHD p2 footage?

Acceleration is limited to scaling the 960x720 of DVCproHD to 1280x720 for output over SDI. I'd expect the speed up from this in terms of procesing in FCP to be negligible. It will not help rendering or anything like that.
