New Sound Tests

I'm starting to publish some simple audio tests--actually
collecting them from all over the house.

I was using them to check out an Avid room and one of the
operators wanted to know the URL. They
wanted to check out their system at home. Well, the tests
are hidden, but I can publish some of the less dangerous ones.

Windows QuickTime is broken.

I just got around to listening to the phase test on the PowerBook. When it switches, my voice seems to be coming out of the spacebar.
