Single Channel Drive On Dual Channel Card???

So I just recieved 2 new quad cores and FCP Studio 2 and my computers have Dual Channel UL5D scsi cards and my existing storage is single channel Ultra 320. (I know who is still using scsi I wanted a FC SAN but the accountants killed that idea) what will happen if I connect the drive to my card and start cutting?? the older machines are actually running ultra 160's but I know the storage (Huge u320R) will take 320 cards.

Is that card PCi express and does it have MacOs 10.4.9 capable drivers? If either answer is NO then NO!

Since it was configured and tested (without my storage) before it left LA and Everything is right out of the box I am going to say Yes to both so I guess I am all right then..
