Odd Question - How to reinstall Compressor?

Did the full FCP S2 upgrade - all is working fine -- but when I use compressor I get odd warning saying "make sure compressor is installed properly" and then it crashes.

Clearly it's not installed properly -- went to install disks and there's no option to just "reinstall" compressor -- anyone have an idea how to do this short of reinstalling EVERYTHING? Thanks Andy

Ooops - sorry forget last post -- just found the individual install files by finding the original files to the alias installer on main disk....
