Hey guys,

I have a client who shot half of their footage in SD 16:9 and the other half in DVCAM 4:3. On my monitor I can switch the aspect ratio to 16:9 and it looks great, but has a stretched top-to-bottom look in the 4:3 FORMAT. In FCP, how do get the look of the original 16:9?

Thanks Big D...All I had to do was pull it down to the timeline and it converts it automatically for me...You ARE The Man.

Derek - you should add that post to the FAQ so it doesn't get lost.

Absolutely! Uh, under what category Jude? Don't want to start a new FAQ category.

I'm thinking this belongs in either "Timeline and Canvas" or "Logging and Capturing".
