NEED HELPS FAST PLEASE!

I edited a project in HDV and now need to exort to a Sd dv tape. How do i down conver the sequence?

In the HDV sequence hit APPLE-A to select all....then Apple-C to copy the sequence. Go into the Easy Setups and choose DV/NTSC. Create a new sequence. Hit APPLE-V to paste it. Render.

Or go FILE>EXPORT>QT Movie. Reference movie (NOT self contained). Reimport that and drop that into the DV sequence and render.
